Happy Thanksgiving Forum Set

This tutorial was written by me. 

Any similarity is purely coincidental. 

It was done using Gimp and

 was written for those who

 have experience using Gimp. 

Materials needed

forum template by Brattitude Scraps

scrapkit of choice

the scrapkit I used is a PTU Kit from Vickie's Scraps

you can find it here

font of choice 

I used Occidental Ultra-Light for name 

and 

Promocyja for the Happy Thanksgiving 

This is a very easy tutorial

Lets begin

Open template and delete  raster 3, 5 and 6

Alpha to selection raster 2 , add new layer ,copy and Paste Into with  paper 1 ,blend overlay,

before you select none 

 add new layer ,copy element 8 , position and Paste Into 

don't select none yet

add new layer , move this layer below element 8 , copy element 4 , position and Paste Into  , 

Now select none. 

add ds of choice to the elements 4 and 8 

add Happy Thanksgiving , I used font Promocyja, size 56 , color 504324 , I added bevel thickness 2, 

add ds 

merge visible , autocrop image,resize as needed

add copyright and license if its needed

Now on to  the avi

open template and delete raster 1,4 and 5 

On your forum tag use the Rectangle select tool and outline around the pilgrims, copy 

On your avi alpha to selection raster 2 , position and Paste Into with the pilgrims you just copied.

add copyright and license if you need to. 

merge visible 

add name
